Job summary

Itron in Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Specialist - Warehouse Operations to manage daily warehouse tasks, inventory accuracy, and inbound/outbound shipments. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to optimize costs and service levels.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics, proficiency with WMS and ERP (Oracle preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site role in Cikarang, with focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience with WMS, ERP (Oracle preferred), and inventory processes.
• Experience coordinating transportation providers and 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure optimal space utilization and proper material handling practices.
• Coordinate 3PLs to maintain service levels and accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels to support production and demand.
• Ensure availability of materials while minimizing obsolescence.
• Support stock-accuracy initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments to customers.
• Act as liaison between customers, carriers, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and resolve transport issues.
• Coordinate shipping docs and import/export compliance.
• Support transportation planning to meet objectives.
• Control logistics costs by optimizing methods and consolidating loads.
• Analyze data to support planning, capacity, and decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency.
• Develop and update logistics procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, CS, Planning, and Sales.
• Provide logistics reports and updates to management.
• Resolve logistics inquiries promptly.
