Job summary

Cargill in Gresik is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse activities, and logistics documentation for the Cocoa and Chocolate plant. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy in ERP systems and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership ability to manage teams.
Knowledge of logistics software and documentation workflows.
Experience with warehouse operations and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Oversee material management and documentation for warehouse and shipment.
Coordinate invoice settlement with accounting.
Conduct inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve document discrepancies.
Lead transportation and trade operations for shipment arrangements.
Validate warehouse documents and stock movements for accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Make staffing decisions for direct reports.
