Job summary

Cargill's Cocoa and Chocolate Gresik plant is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and warehouse activities, ensuring data accuracy in our business systems and strong inventory control. You will work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain efficient goods movement and document compliance.

The role requires excellent communication, leadership of a team, and familiarity with logistics documentation. SAP knowledge is a plus and bonded zone regulations are valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations.
• Knowledge of logistics document processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and handle material management and warehouse activities at CCC Gresik plant.
• Coordinate shipment documentation and settlements with finance.
• Conduct inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve document discrepancies and improve flow.
• Lead with transportation and trade operations on shipment arrangements.
• Ensure warehouse documents and stock movements are validated and accurate.
• Make personnel decisions for direct reports and perform similar tasks as the team.
