Job summary

Gresik Cargill is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and warehouse activities at the Gresik Cocoa and Chocolate plant. You will manage data accuracy in business systems and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading teams in logistics.
• Knowledge of logistics software modules and document flows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material management for CCC Gresik plant with documentation, warehouse and shipments.
• Settle invoices with the accounting department on the established schedule.
• Conduct inventories, reconcile discrepancies and ensure timely settlement.
• Collaborate with departments to reconcile document circulation.
• Lead transportation and trade operations for shipments and clarify irregularities.
• Validate warehouse documents and stock movements; correct inaccuracies.
• Perform personnel decisions for direct reports and contribute hands-on with the team.
