Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Administration professional to support FG warehouse operations, ensuring accurate records and smooth inventory flow. You will handle documentation, filing, and cross-department coordination to keep data precise and accessible.

Role requires 1–3 years in a warehouse admin role, proficiency with inventory systems and Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse administration or inventory control, preferably in manufacturing or food sector.
• Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and records.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods across movements.
• Process warehouse documentation such as DOs, shipping manifests, and stock forms.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales for timely info exchange.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory and activity.
• Organize physical and digital filing for warehouse documents.
• Support regular stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Communicate order status and delivery schedules with stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean, organized administrative workspace.
• Assist with other admin duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
