Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia is seeking an administrative support specialist to bolster Finished Goods warehouse operations. You will help manage inventory records, verify warehouse documentation, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure accurate goods dispatch.

The role includes aiding in stock counts, generating routine reports, and organizing filing systems to maintain data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods, including incoming, outgoing, and stock movements.
• Process and verify all warehouse-related documentation, such as delivery orders, shipping manifests, goods receipt notes, and stock transfer forms.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange regarding finished goods availability and dispatch.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and warehouse activity.
• Prepare and organize physical and digital filing systems for all warehouse documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
• Support warehouse team in conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation activities.
