Job summary

Twibbonews in Surabaya is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support all warehouse operations, ensuring processes run efficiently, accurately, and safely, especially in managing HPL products from goods receipt to distribution.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience; fresh graduates may be considered if highly motivated for physical tasks. You will handle goods receiving, replenishment, packing, and coordinating with sales and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience handling sheet or panel materials (HPL, plywood, MDF) is a plus.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if highly motivated for physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods receiving processes in accordance with procedures.
• Perform replenishment and stock shifting activities.

Job Summary

Indonesia - Surabaya, Sidorjan The Warehouse Assistant supports all warehouse operations to ensure processes run efficiently, accurately, and safely in compliance with established procedures, particularly in managing HPL products from goods receipt through to distribution to customers or branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle goods receiving processes in accordance with procedures.
• Perform replenishment and stock shifting activities.
• Carry out rolling, packing, and distribution of products.
• Prepare and manage warehouse operational support materials, including wooden boxes, corrugated paper, raffia rope, and insulation.
• Prepare product samples based on sales requests.
• Conduct routine warehouse and office maintenance activities.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment in good working condition.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards and facility damages to supervisors.
• Record replenishment, shifting, and rolling activities on check sheets and update the system when required.
• Comply with warehouse SOPs, company policies, and all Safety, Health, and Occupational Health (K3) regulations.
• Support exhibition, workshops and other sales & marketing activities.
• Assist with logistics coordination for sales-related activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the warehouse or logistics sector.
• Experience in handling sheet or panel materials such as HPL, plywood, MDF, or similar products.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong work motivation and readiness for physical tasks.

Additional Information

5-day work week. Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
