Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Logistics Operator to perform and support daily logistics and distribution tasks, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate handling of goods in line with schedules.

You will execute loading and unloading, operate logistics systems and equipment, ensure proper delivery documents, and help maintain safety, quality, and continuous improvements while guiding junior operators. This on-site position supports JAPFA’s Indonesian facilities and distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support daily logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Execute loading, unloading, and movement of goods in line with schedules and procedures.
• Operate logistics systems and equipment accurately and safely.
• Ensure accuracy of delivery documents, labeling, and shipment records.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Assist in monitoring delivery status and resolving basic operational issues.
• Guide and support junior operators in daily logistics tasks.
• Report incidents, delays, or operational issues to supervisors.
