Job summary

PT Las Olas Indonesia is seeking a customer-facing waiter with at least 12 months of experience in a 5-star hotel or restaurant setting. The role requires basic food-safety knowledge, HACCP certification, and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse teammates.

Candidates should hold a high school diploma and be able to cover shifts as a substitute waiter when needed. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds and holds a valid passport and seaman

• Basic knowledge on food safety.
• Proven working knowledge of operating a high volume, high-class restaurant.

• Capable of replacing waiters in times of need.
• Ability to work in harmony with colleague Assistant Waiters from many different backgrounds.
• Possess a valid passport and seaman book.
