IIX Global is seeking an entrepreneurial Vice President / Senior Vice President to lead and grow IIX Impact Institute as a leading platform for practitioner-oriented education and capacity building in impact investing, sustainable finance, climate finance, gender, and inclusive finance.

The role blends content expertise, strategic leadership, business growth, partnerships, and team leadership, shaping the Institute’s learning agenda and ensuring the relevance and quality of its offerings while

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant professional experience in impact investing, sustainable finance, climate finance, financial services, professional education, consulting, international development, or related fields.
Deep subject-matter expertise in core areas: sustainable finance and investment; SME finance and investment readiness; gender-lens investing; climate finance; impact measurement and management.

Responsibilities

Set and execute the Institute’s strategy, growth priorities, and commercial direction.
Own targets across user acquisition, course conversion, revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.
Identify and develop new markets, audiences, products, and business models.
Grow the Institute across open-enrollment, institutional, corporate, government, and customized programs.
Lead development and quality of new courses, certifications, executive education, and customized learning products.
