Qualifications

• Min 5 years in digital learning, EdTech, training, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience building online courses from concept to delivery.
• Experience managing content across e-learning platforms, MOOCs, LMSs, or similar environments.
• Experience collaborating with instructors, SMEs, and partners to develop learning products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multi-workstream ownership.
• Ability to work across technology, content, marketing, and program teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong research, benchmarking, and data-informed improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the IIX Institute digital learning platform, including course pages and learner accounts.
• Onboard learners for IIX programs, manage access, discounts, and enrollment arrangements.
• Prepare learner and platform reports, monitor metrics like enrollment and completion.
• Identify improvements using platform data and market benchmarking.
• Support campaigns to boost learner engagement and course completion.
• Audit course portfolio and refresh or retire outdated content.
• Develop new online courses and learning products with external partners.
• Coordinate with instructors and SMEs to translate expertise into engaging content.
• Support webinars and practitioner-oriented learning engagements.
• Assist country programs and partnerships with training delivery.
