Job summary

IIX is seeking a VP, Performance Management & Learning Development to own two interconnected functions: performance management and a learning ecosystem that supports people in meeting and exceeding their goals. You will ensure fair assessment, timely feedback, and ongoing capability development across a globally distributed team.

The role requires 10–13 years in HR with dual expertise in PM and L&D, strong instructional design, stakeholder management, and LMS governance.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of HR experience with performance management and L&D.
• Proven ability to design and implement PM frameworks, goal-setting and calibration.
• Experience delivering learning programs across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Proficient in ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy and authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end PM framework including OKRs, reviews, and calibration.
• Lead learning strategy and annual calendar aligned to performance outcomes.
• Develop high-quality learning materials and e-learning modules.
• Deliver key programs and coach internal SMEs across geographies.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and report learning impact.
