DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Product Sales professional in Jakarta Pusat to drive revenue growth for the Financial Institutions portfolio, focusing on cash management, trade finance, and digital solutions. You will deepen relationships with banks and fintech clients and tailor complex transaction banking proposals.

Collaborate with product, implementation, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, while leading negotiations and high-value mandates with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in transaction banking sales and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and digital banking APIs.
• Record of achieving sales targets and structuring complex financial solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth and market share for the Financial Institutions portfolio through sale of Transaction Banking solutions (Cash Management, Trade, Digital/API).
• Manage and deepen relationships with key decision-makers within bank and digital/fintech client segments.
• Structure and deliver customized, complex transaction banking solutions for FI and fintech clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding of client solutions.
• Lead RFP processes, client pitches, and negotiations to secure high-value mandates.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Manage and deepen relationships with key decision-makers within bank and digital/fintech client segments.
• Structure and deliver customized, complex transaction banking solutions tailored to the unique operational and treasury needs of financial institutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding of client solutions.
• Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, client pitches, and negotiations to secure high-value mandates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in transaction banking sales, relationship management, or solutioning, with a specific focus on Financial Institutions and Digital/Fintech clients.
• Deep technical knowledge of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and digital transaction banking products, including APIs and clearing systems.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and structuring complex financial solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a highly collaborative and proactive mindset.
