AIESEC invites university students to join an on-site internship in Jakarta or Ho Chi Minh City, gaining international exposure while developing Marketing and Business Administration skills. You will engage in spender and VIP program management, data-driven revenue initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Open to currently enrolled students who can commit at least three days per week; Indonesian or Vietnamese entry requirements apply. Visa and health insurance support may be provided.

Responsabilités

• Spender Management: Analyze spender behavior and spending patterns.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain high-value spenders.
• Create personalized experiences to enhance spender satisfaction.
• VIP Management: Design and execute VIP programs to reward and incentivize top spenders.
• Provide exceptional support and tailored services to VIP users.
• Monitor VIP activity and proactively address their needs.
• Activity Management: Plan and coordinate engaging activities and events for spenders.
• Track activity participation and measure impact on spending.
• Continuously improve and innovate activity offerings.
• Revenue Growth: Set and achieve revenue growth targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase spending among existing customers.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement revenue-boosting initiatives.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor KPIs related to spender behavior and revenue.
• Generate regular reports on spender activity, retention, and revenue growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
