Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati is hiring for a hands-on VMD support role based in Jakarta. You will handle daily administrative tasks for VMD projects, manage assets, and assist with HQ audits and store inspections to maintain brand standards.

You will coordinate props and POSM for store openings and launches, prepare reports, and ensure smooth cross-functional communication across stores, suppliers, and HQ teams. English fluency is required; Chinese a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the 3C retail industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising standards, store display execution, and POSM management processes, with basic project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software, with strong data organization, progress tracking, and documentation capabilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stores, suppliers, and cross-functional headquarters teams.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English for daily business communication; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative work related to VMD projects and visual merchandising asset management.
• Coordinate and track the request, production, and delivery of props and POSM for new store openings, new product launches, and ad hoc business requirements.
• Support the VMD Head Office team in daily operations, including online store inspections, monthly HQ audits, and follow-up on action plans.
• Monitor the execution of HQ Visual Merchandising Guidelines in stores and track improvement progress to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Assist in preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating cross-functional communication to support VMD initiatives.
