Job summary

MAP Fashion1 in Indonesia is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to plan and execute window displays aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal themes. You will ensure mannequins are styled according to current trends, brand guidelines, and full-look standards, collaborating with store operations and sales teams.

You will monitor on-floor stock, adjust displays to highlight promotions, maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing selling floor, and assist in setting up promotions.

Qualifications

• Support the planning and execution of window displays in line with brand campaigns and seasonal themes.
• Ensure mannequins are styled according to current trends, brand guidelines, and full-look outfitting standards.
• Collaborate closely with store operations and sales teams to align visual merchandising with sales priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and adjust displays to highlight priority or promotional items.
• Ensure all displays comply with store safety standards and do not obstruct customer movement or merchandise access.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing selling floor at all times, including regular steaming, folding, and refolding of displayed items.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling displays for promotions, markdowns, and store events.
• Accurately implement price points, promotional signage, and product information according to current guidelines.
• Support training of store staff on basic visual merchandising standards and upkeep.
• Report any damaged fixtures, props, or visual materials and assist in coordinating replacements
