Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser to elevate garment presentation on the shop floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash desk in Bali. You will align windows and store visuals with our guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves planning and executing sales activities and campaigns, analyzing sales data to maximize selling, training the team in presentation, organizing displays, and coordinating with the store team for upcoming promotions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the store floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk.
• Ensure garment presentation in the store and in the windows according to our guidelines.
• Plan, execute and follow up sales activities and store campaigns.
• Maximize selling by analyzing sales reports and taking action accordingly.
• Communicate and inform the store team about upcoming activities and campaigns.
• Continuously train the store team in garment presentation.
• Order, handle and organize display materials.
