Qualifications

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in retail remains essential.
Strong artistic eye with design principles knowledge.
Proficiency in space planning and fixture arrangement.
Understanding of current retail trends and consumer behavior.
Ability to translate brand guidelines into displays and layouts.
Excellent communication and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement compelling in-store and window displays per seasonal themes and brand guidelines.
Create visual merchandising plans to optimize product placement, flow, and store appeal in Surabaya.
Collaborate with store teams to ensure displays are executed and maintained to high standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform visuals.
Manage inventory of props and materials, ensuring availability and upkeep.
Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and brand consistency.
