Job summary

PT Gloster Furniture is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to transform 2D/3D drawings into clean product visuals for buyer reviews and presentations. The role involves creating clear assembly instructions and user manuals, as well as marketing materials like banners and catalogs to support branding across all outputs.

You will collaborate with drafting, R&D, supply chain, production planning, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of product specifications in design deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma/D3 or Bachelor's in Visual Communication Design or related field.
• 1–2 years in Graphic/Visual Design in manufacturing, furniture, or export industry.
• Portfolio showing assembly instructions, brochures, banners, or product visualizations.

Responsibilities

Job description

Re-visualize technical drawings (2D/3D) from Drafters into aesthetic, informative, and clear product visualizations for buyer review and presentation purposes. Prepare and design Assembly Instructions and user manuals, create company marketing and promotional media materials, and ensure consistency in visual standards and company branding across all generated materials.

Key responsibilities

Re-visualize technical drawings (2D/3D) from Drafters into aesthetic, informative, and clear product visualizations for buyer review and presentation purposes

Prepare and design Assembly Instructions (AI) / user manuals that are clear and easily understood by end consumers

Create company marketing and promotional media materials, such as banners, brochures, product catalogs, and other visual assets

Ensure consistency in visual standards, product details, and company branding across all generated materials

Collaborate with the Drafting, R&D, Supply Chain, Production Planners, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure product specification accuracy in design deliverables

About you

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Product Design, or a related field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design (preferably from the manufacturing, furniture, or export industry)

Proficient in operating Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other supporting graphic design software

Ability to read and translate technical drawings (drafts) into clean, communicative vector graphics and visuals for product visualizations

Strong attention to detail regarding product specs, proportions, and visual layout aesthetics

Willingness to learn & develop design skills towards 3D Designs & Interest in furniture design

Must attach a design portfolio demonstrating experience in creating assembly instructions, brochures, banners, or product visualizations
