Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in ecommerce or digital agencies.
• A portfolio showcasing performance-based design (ads, landing pages, emails) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva/Figma; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact visuals for social media, email newsletters, and display ads.
• Create ecommerce assets like banners, landing pages, and product infographics to boost conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms with a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns and seasonal launches.
• Iterate designs based on data and feedback to maximize ROAS.
• Perform basic photo retouching and create motion video assets for ads.
