Job summary

PREDMET CONSTRUCTION BALI is seeking an experienced Villa Engineer/Engineering Staff to maintain villa facilities, buildings, equipment, and utilities in optimal condition for guest use. The role requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with the operations team.

The candidate should understand electrical, plumbing, AC systems, water pumps, and generators, with a focus on preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in villas, hotels, or resorts maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, water pumps and generators.
• Capable of troubleshooting and performing direct repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on villa facilities, buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, water pumps, generators, and other mechanical equipment.
• Handle damage and maintenance requests quickly and according to company standards.
• Coordinate with Operational and Housekeeping teams to support daily villa operations.
• Record maintenance work, materials, and prepare reports for supervisors.
• Ensure work follows SOPs and Occupational Health and Safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and use of tools and equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to other resort units as needed.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Villa Engineer/Engineering Staff to ensure all villa facilities, buildings, equipment, and utilities are maintained in optimal condition, safe, and ready for guest use. This position requires a hands-on candidate capable of performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical repairs on villa facilities independently or in coordination with the operational team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on villa facilities, buildings, equipment, and utilities
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, water pumps, generators, and other mechanical equipment
• Handle damage and maintenance requests quickly, effectively, and according to company standards
• Ensure all villa facilities are in safe, usable condition and ready for guest use
• Coordinate with Operational and Housekeeping teams to support daily villa operations
• Record maintenance and repair work, including material usage, and prepare reports for supervisors
• Ensure work is performed according to company SOP and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards
• Maintain and control the use of tools, equipment, and Engineering inventory
• Provide technical assistance to other resort units as needed
• Perform other Engineering tasks as required by company operational needs

About you

• Experience as Engineering Staff, Maintenance Engineer, Technician, or similar position in a villa, hotel, or resort
• Understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, water pumps, generators, and basic mechanical maintenance
• Troubleshooting capability and ability to handle technical repairs directly
• Understanding of preventive maintenance and occupational health and safety standards
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsive and capable of handling technical issues quickly
• Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly villa/hotel/resort, is an advantage
