Job summary

PT. Fra Real Estate Consulting seeks a hands-on General Maintenance staff member to sustain villa facilities, ensure safety, and maintain excellent operating conditions.

You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and pool systems while coordinating with other teams to minimize guest disruption and uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and building maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate and handle maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience in hotels, hospitality, or villa operations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of villa facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Handle general repairs involving electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, furniture, and other villa facilities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor the condition of swimming pool equipment, water systems, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and guest-related technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all maintenance tools, equipment, and working areas are properly maintained and organized.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Report major damages, technical problems, and repair requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Coordinate with other operational departments to minimize disruption to villa operations and guest experiences.
