Job summary

Gravity Bali is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Staff to join our villa operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent cleaning skills, hospitality experience, a good command of English, and a positive attitude toward guest service.

Starting Date: 1st October 2026. You will perform daily cleaning of guest rooms and villa areas, change linens, replenish amenities, and assist in preparing simple breakfasts as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper in villa/hospitality
• Basic English communication
• Ability to prepare simple breakfasts
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good time management and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
• Honest, reliable, and responsible

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of guest rooms and villa areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing)
• Maintain rooms and public areas to company standards
• Change linens, replenish amenities, maintain cleanliness throughout the villa
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items promptly
• Assist in preparing simple breakfasts for guests when required
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient villa operations and guest satisfaction
