Job summary

PT PANDA TALKS MEDIA in Tangerang (PIK 2 office) seeks a versatile Videographer/Video Editor to plan, shoot and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and client projects. You will handle the full production process from pre to post, and work on camera, lighting, and audio during shoots.

You will collaborate with our team, edit for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, revise based on feedback, stay current with trends, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film/Multimedia or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of videography/editing experience.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Portfolio or showreel required.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.

Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media content.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or in a similar role.

Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

A portfolio or showreel is required.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, CapCut

Operate Sony series cameras (or similar professional cameras) confidently during production.

Set up and operate lighting and audio equipment, including wireless microphones, for studio and on-location shoots.

Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

Language Skills

Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) are required.

Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
