Job summary

PT SEKZA HAMKAT YOUZA seeks a skilled Video Editor & Motion Designer in Bali to craft short vertical ads for TikTok, Reels, and more. You’ll edit, animate, and iterate using After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and static designs with Photoshop/Figma, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows.

You will manage asset libraries, contribute to tooling, and collaborate with a French founder. Bali-based, with competitive compensation and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing video for social media or ads.
• Very strong in motion design: build animated ads from scratch with clean typography and timing.
• Fast and clean in CapCut and Premiere Pro.
• Comfortable making static ads in Photoshop or Figma.
• English good enough to work daily with a French founder; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video ads (6–45 seconds) for TikTok, Reels, Facebook and Snapchat.
• Create motion design from scratch: animated text, price reveals, transitions.
• Recycle and iterate: rework older videos into new versions with new hooks.
• Design static ads: image ads, carousels, story frames in Photoshop, Figma or Canva.
• Keep the creative library organised: asset naming, tagging, and archiving.
• Help shape studio tooling and processes as the team grows.
