Job summary

Maison Bali in Bali is seeking a video creator to produce compelling short-form content. You will shoot on site at villas and interiors and craft reels that stop the scroll, under the guidance of our Marketing & Growth Manager and Social Media Manager.

You will edit reels with hooks, rhythm and subtitles, prepare visuals for posts and ads, and use AI tools to accelerate editing and motion design. Join a fast-growing team with hybrid studio and on-site shoots in Canggu.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shooting and editing short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok).
• A portfolio of reels with real results (views, engagement).
• Strong editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Drone experience is a strong plus.
• Curious and fast with AI tools for editing and motion design.
• Good eye for architecture, interiors and premium lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Maison Bali is a fast-growing architecture, interior design and villa development studio based in Canggu. In less than a year, we have built a community of over 500,000 followers with strong visual content: villas, interiors, construction, before and after, design process.

The role

You will create the videos and visuals that make people stop scrolling. You will work under the direction of our Marketing & Growth Manager and together with our Social Media Manager.

What you will do

• Shoot on site: villas, interiors, construction, team and lifestyle content (drone if you can)
• Edit reels and short videos, with strong hooks, rhythm and subtitles
• Prepare visuals for posts, stories and ads
• Use AI tools to edit faster and better: AI-assisted editing, motion design, AI visuals
• Keep our video library organized on the shared Drive

What we are looking for

Growth path

You will start with Maison Bali Estate (20K followers) and Maison Bali Joglo (5K). After the trial period, if it goes well, you will also create for our main account, Maison Bali Interiors (320K on Instagram, 200K on Facebook). As the team grows, you can lead our creative team.

How we recruit
