Job summary

DKatalis is seeking a skilled Vendor Manager to oversee IT vendor relationships, budgets, and asset management. You will drive contract administration and onboarding while reporting on IT spend and forecasts to management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in vendor management, IT projects, and IT finance, with strong documentation and cost-tracking capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in vendor management, IT projects, and IT finance.
• Strong capability in documenting, tracking, and managing vendor contracts.
• Solid experience in IT budget formulation, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Deep understanding of Vendor Onboarding processes, contracts, and legal agreements.
• Thorough knowledge of vendor compliance and document requirements.
• Strong proficiency in financial concepts such as Capex, Opex, and Accruals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate IT vendor performance to ensure contract and SLA compliance.
• Document, track, and manage all IT vendor contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
• Support vendor onboarding with data collection and documentation.
• Track day-to-day IT expenditures against the budget.
• Prepare monthly IT spending reports for management.
• Record and maintain IT asset inventory from procurement to disposal.
• Manage distribution and retirement of IT assets per policy.
• Produce regular IT asset inventory reports.

What You Will Do:

Vendor Management

• Monitor & Evaluate: Track and assess IT vendor performance to ensure full compliance with agreed contracts and SLAs.
• Contract Administration: Document, track, and manage all IT vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals and supporting negotiation processes with data-driven insights.
• Onboarding Support: Gather and compile relevant data/documentation for vendor onboarding and periodic evaluations.

Financial & Budget Management

• Budget Tracking: Record, monitor, and manage day-to-day IT expenditures against the approved budget.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports regarding IT spending for management review.

Asset Management

• Lifecycle Tracking: Record, track, and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets from procurement to disposal.
• Distribution & Disposal: Manage the receiving, distribution, and retirement processes of IT assets in alignment with corporate policies.
• Inventory Reporting: Compile regular IT asset inventory reports and ensure the asset database is continuously updated.

What You Need to Have
