Job summary

Xendit is seeking a Product Design & UX Research role focused on merchant lifecycle and developer experience. You will lead evidence-based research to inform product strategy across three clusters and partner with PMs and designers to prioritize Decisions backed by solid data.

The role emphasizes mixed-methods UX research, translating insights into product decisions, and balancing rigorous methods with pragmatic timelines to ship impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Mixed-methods UX research experience.
• The ability to translate findings into product decisions and to influence without authority.
• Rigor paired with pragmatism on timelines, you know where depth matters and where speed is enough.
• A strong plus: fintech/regulated or developer-audience research; quantitative fluency; ResearchOps or repository-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the research roadmap across the domain's three clusters.
• Conduct mixed methods: interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral/funnel analysis in partnership with Data.
• Turn findings into decisions PMs and designers act on, influence through evidence rather than authority.
• Create a lightweight insight repository and a practical model for democratizing good-enough research while protecting rigor on high-stakes questions.
