Job summary

BALI HAI Brewing Co. is Indonesia’s leading independent brewery, and we are seeking a General Affairs Supervisor to oversee facilities, assets, and services that keep our operations running smoothly.

You will manage vendor relations, control the GA budget, and lead a team to implement continuous improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale across our Indonesia operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of General Affairs experience, including supervisory roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of OHS/K3, ISO 9001, and management of company operations and facilities.

Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), ISO 9001, and the management of company operations and facilities.
