Job summary

WRI Indonesia is seeking a User Research Lead for the Data Lab to advance user-centered product development and research-driven strategy. Based in Jakarta with a hybrid model, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and data teams to create accessible tools that improve environmental and social impact.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product design or user research, strong usability testing and persona development skills, and a track record of data-driven design in cross-functional

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, design strategy, or a related role.
Proven expertise in user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with Data Lab Indonesia goals.
Conduct user research to gather insights on user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Facilitate usability testing to evaluate prototypes and features.
