Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, design strategy, or related role.
• Proven expertise in user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate research into product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies aligned with goals and collaborate with engineering to build scalable solutions.
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations and user personas.
• Lead workshops and training for stakeholders to maximize use of WRI tools and platforms.
• Partner with communications to publicize product releases and ensure accessibility.
