Job summary

ECCO is looking for a professional to develop methods and sequence of operations for producing high-quality and cost-effective upper shoe prototypes based on designs and feedback. The role involves proposing efficient methods, ensuring on-time delivery, and guiding technicians during prototype manufacturing, with a strong focus on upper shoe construction and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in shoe manufacturing, sample making, or product development.
• Develop and establish working methods and sequence of operations for upper shoe prototypes/samples based on designs and company standards.
• Propose appropriate methods, tools, and process improvements to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate to ensure on-time delivery and quality of prototypes/samples.
• Provide technical guidance and demonstrate proper methods during prototype/sample making.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the development process.
• Analyze technical and quality feedback and follow up with appropriate action plans.
• Transfer technical knowledge and approved methods to Technicians in the Production Preparation Unit.
• Good understanding of upper shoe construction, working methods, and sequence of operations.
• Willing to work on-site in Sidoarjo, East Java.

Responsibilities
