Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and work as part of an integrated, broad team to achieve results.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience as a strong communicator.
• Mandatory Certificate: Lototo, WAH (Working At Heights)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Support and Technical Advisor team.
• Provide post-sales service to maintain customer fleet of underground mining equipment.
• Guide staff through preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Manage projects within the scope of the service contract.
• Coordinate between Sales and Product lines and ensure contractor KPI targets.
