Job summary

DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA is seeking a UI/UX Designer to design and enhance user experiences for DOKU's digital products. You will conduct research, develop wireframes, create mockups, and collaborate with developers to implement intuitive interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.

You will translate insights into actionable design concepts, contribute to design systems, and participate in usability testing to ensure polished, scalable product experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Proven experience designing digital products through the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Hands-on experience planning and conducting primary user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, field studies).
• Ability to translate user insights, business goals, and constraints into intuitive, scalable product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm ideas and concepts for new features or menus with stakeholders (dev team, PO, customers, partners).
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research related to products and features.
• Determine the appropriate user experience for each feature or application need.
• Define the functional goals of a feature or application.
• Set the visual style and trends for each product in line with the desired UX.
• Translate needs into wireframes to visualize UI concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate designs with the system.
• Conduct usability tests for completed applications.

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences for DOKU's digital products. This role involves conducting research, developing wireframes, creating mockups, and collaborating with developers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.

What Will You Do:

• Brainstorm ideas and concepts for new features or menus from applications with all relevant stakeholders (team dev, Product Owner, customers, partners, vendors, etc.).
• Conduct research (qualitative, quantitative, etc.) on matters relating to products, features, or applications.
• Determine the appropriate user experience for every need for application features.
• Determine the functional needs and goals of a feature or application.
• Determine the style and trends of the user interface for each product, feature, or application in accordance with the desired user experience.
• Translate these needs and goals into wireframe form to visualize the graphic design that will later be created.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate the template with the existing system.
• Conduct usability tests for completed applications.

What We are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or in a similar product design role
• Proven experience designing digital products throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous iteration.
• Hands‑on experience planning and conducting primary user research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, field studies, and other qualitative or quantitative research methods
• Ability to translate user insights, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive, effective, and scalable product experiences

Technical Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma
• Strong understanding of design system principles, including design tokens, reusable components, component architecture, documentation, governance, and contribution workflows
• Ability to establish and maintain consistent design patterns while balancing scalability, flexibility, and usability
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers to ensure design system components are practical, maintainable, and accurately implemented
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools throughout the product design process to improve efficiency in research, ideation, documentation, prototyping, and design execution
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
