Job summary

PT CITARASA PRIMA INDONESIA BERJAYA is seeking a Payments Officer in Jakarta to support the finance team with accurate payment processing and cash flow management.

You will prepare funds, review transfers, ensure document accuracy, monitor advances, and deliver receipts after each transaction with strict adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare funds and submit transfer requests based on approved documents.
• Review and process payments for advances, reimbursements, and non-PO transactions.
• Ensure payment documents are complete, accurate, and properly approved.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding advances to ensure timely settlement.
• Prepare and update daily cash flow reports accurately and on time.
• Provide payment/transfer receipts to the respective users after transactions are completed.
• Monitor and maintain payment administration and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
