Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and manage fund allocation.
• Supervise daily cash/bank transactions and ensure accuracy in posting.
• Review and approve payment documents and Bank Indonesia reports.
• Oversee AR non-trade management, including aging control and provisions.
• Optimize time deposit placements and propose FX hedging when needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and audit requirements.
• Monitor banking facilities and coordinate renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management from a reputable university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting or Treasury functions.
• Strong integrity and professionalism in handling financial matters.
• Solid understanding of treasury operations, including cash & bank management, cash flow projections, FX hedging, and time deposit placement.
• Familiarity with Bank Indonesia reporting requirements (LLD, SIUP, KPPK, SIMODIS).
• Proficient in SAP system.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English, both spoken and written.
