Job summary

DBS Bank in Jakarta Head Office seeks a Service Delivery Project Specialist to support Global Financial Markets initiatives, including business transformation, system implementation and regulatory-driven changes. You will liaise with Treasury Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance and Compliance to deliver value.

The role demands 7–10 years in treasury or financial markets operations, strong project management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT or related discipline.
7–10 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Financial Markets Operations, Project Management, or Business Analysis within banking.
Strong understanding of treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Liquidity Management).
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Treasury and Operations projects from initiation to implementation.
Support regulatory reporting and compliance-related projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams.
Drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
Coordinate SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
Monitor project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise management presentations, project updates, and executive-level PowerPoint materials.
