Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in any relevant major.
• Minimum 7 years of experience within Global Markets or Treasury.
• Deep understanding of Treasury products and transaction booking flows.
• Familiar and up-to-date with relevant regulations and policies.
• Active Treasury Certification (minimum intermediate level).
• Advance proficiency in English is a must, Japanese and Mandarin are optional.

Responsibilities

• Set up plan, direct, and control daily activities such as to define action plan, monitor progress, and control realization of the plans within respective unit.
• Mitigate any risks of the supervised unit and maintain a good operation environment and best practice in daily operation.
• Control market risk and credit risk within the approved limits within supervised unit.
• Assist Head of Treasury Marketing in preparing policies & strategies of the Bank.
• Maintain and strengthen relationship with new and existing customers.
• Provide clients with necessary market update and other relevant information.

Job Overview:

To support Treasury Marketing Head activities related to Treasury marketing for Financial Institutions (FI). Set and manage the overall strategic direction for Treasury Marketing unit which include activities such as sales, marketing, operations, staff functions, compliancy (internal and external), in order to meet related target to the respective Treasury Marketing unit.
