Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Finance & Treasury professional to manage finance & treasury matters for Invested/project companies, including legal documents and fund flows.

You will prepare inter-company agreements, manage onshore/offshore loans, execute banking transactions, support month-end close and FX deal reporting across subsidiaries, requiring strong Excel and ERP (SAP a plus) skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking Operations.
• Experience with intercompany transactions, loans, and fund flows.
• Strong treasury, cash management, and banking knowledge.
• Familiarity with onshore/offshore financing structures, including intercompany loans and interest calculations.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
• Experience preparing intercompany agreements and related docs.
• Understanding of FX transactions and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance & treasury matters for Invested/project companies (e.g., legal documents, fund flows).
• Prepare inter-company agreements.
• Manage onshore/offshore inter-company loans incl. interest income/expense.
• Execute banking transactions for project companies.
• Support month end closing for respective companies.
• Support reporting and month end closing for FX deal related.
