Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Jakarta Tengah seeks a seasoned Finance & Treasury professional to manage cross-border and intercompany funding, cash management, and banking operations. You will support monthly closings, prepare intercompany agreements, and ensure accurate reporting for FX deals across project companies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in finance or related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/ERP skills (SAP a plus), and excellent stakeholder management across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in finance, treasury, corporate finance, or banking operations.
• Experience managing intercompany transactions, loans, and fund flows.
• Strong treasury, cash management, and banking transaction knowledge.
• Experience with onshore/offshore financing structures and interest calculations.
• Familiar with financial reporting, month-end closings, and accounting principles.
• Experience preparing intercompany agreements and related docs.
• FX knowledge and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; SAP a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across entities/regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance & treasury for investee/project companies (legal docs, fund flows).
• Prepare inter-company agreements.
• Manage onshore/offshore inter-company loans including interest income/expense.
• Execute banking transactions for project companies.
• Support month-end closing for respective companies.
• Support reporting and month end closing for FX deal related.
