ByteDance is seeking a Fund Management Manager for Global Payment in Indonesia. The role oversees daily cash positioning, liquidity, and fund flows for P2P and BNPL operations, ensuring funds meet obligations while complying with OJK and Bank Indonesia regulations.

You will work across payment products, financial infrastructure, and regional teams to turn complex processes into dependable technology and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in P2P lending, BNPL, digital lending, multi-finance, consumer finance, or banking operations, with exposure to treasury, funding, or credit operations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial services regulations, particularly OJK and Bank Indonesia requirements for lending, fintech, and payment activities.
• Hands-on experience with bank credit facilities, channeling arrangements, or structured financing in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions and regional teams.
• High integrity, commercial awareness, and a strong compliance and governance mindset.
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (for regular collaboration with cross-regional teams and English-speaking stakeholders).
• 3+ years of treasury, banking, corporate finance, or financial services experience in Indonesia.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills, with proficiency in relevant risk management tools and analytical software.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and fund flows for P2P and BNPL operations, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet lending and payment obligations.
• Ensure proper fund segregation across operating, collection, escrow/virtual, and designated lending accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts covering loan disbursements, repayments, and funding needs; monitor liquidity buffers and funding runway.
• Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of funding arrangements, including bank credit facilities and other permitted debt structures.
• Manage funding facility utilization, drawdowns, repayment schedules, interest calculations, and covenant compliance; coordinate with banks and institutional lenders on facility setup and documentation.
• Ensure treasury and funding activities comply with applicable OJK and Bank Indonesia regulations, including regulatory reporting and monitoring of regulatory changes.
• Identify and mitigate treasury risks, including liquidity, counterparty, interest rate, settlement, and concentration risks, while maintaining appropriate KYC/AML controls and payment approval processes.
