Job summary

EMTEK, a holding company in media, entertainment, online, and telecommunications, is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional in Jakarta. The role focuses on payment and receivable activities, ERP data entry, and supporting the Finance Manager. Office hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 1–2 years’ related experience, strong numeracy, and proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAGE and ERP systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Min. 1-2 year of Finance (Accounts Payable)/Treasury experience
Knowledge and hands on experience with Accounting Software (SAGE) as an added value
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Responsibilities

Preparing payment and collection account receivable, and input to ERP sytem
Ensure account receivable and account payable activities are performed accurately and timely
Perfoming montly bank statement reconciliations
Filling document and supporting document
Assisting the Finance Manager as needed
