EMTEK, a holding company in media, entertainment, online, and telecommunications, is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional in Jakarta. The role focuses on payment and receivable activities, ERP data entry, and supporting the Finance Manager. Office hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 1–2 years’ related experience, strong numeracy, and proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAGE and ERP systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Min. 1-2 year of Finance (Accounts Payable)/Treasury experience
• Knowledge and hands on experience with Accounting Software (SAGE) as an added value
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Responsabilités

• Preparing payment and collection account receivable, and input to ERP sytem
• Ensure account receivable and account payable activities are performed accurately and timely
• Perfoming montly bank statement reconciliations
• Filling document and supporting document
• Assisting the Finance Manager as needed
