Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to act as an effective mediator between production teams and customers.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
• Able to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Willing to be based in Kudus, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal production teams regarding product requirements, technical matters, and production-related needs.
• Communicate and coordinate customer requirements, feedback, and concerns with relevant internal departments.
• Support the handling and follow-up of customer inquiries and issues by coordinating with production and other related teams.
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with customers.
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements and relevant information are clearly communicated and followed up.
• Conduct customer visits and business trips as required to support coordination and customer-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports, documentation, and follow-up records related to customer requirements and coordination activities.
