Job summary

Grab Rentals is seeking a Training Operations Associate to support daily training operations for driver-partners across the Jabodetabek region, coordinating onboarding, refresher, and development programs at Cinangka Pool and other pools as needed.

You will oversee schedules, trainers, facilities, logistics, and performance metrics, ensuring seamless execution and timely reporting. Strong coordination and proactive problem solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, training, or project coordination.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across pools as needed.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and operational tools.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise driver onboarding, refresher, and development training programs.
• Coordinate training operations, schedules, facilities, equipment, and resources across Jabodetabek.
• Monitor trainer performance, driver attendance, capacity, execution quality, and outcomes.
• Conduct onsite supervision, resolve operational issues, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and stakeholder updates on training progress.
• Manage operations across multiple pool locations in Jabodetabek.

Join the Grab Rentals team, where we support smooth fleet and driver operations across multiple rental pools. This role will be onsite primarily based at Cinangka Pool , with regular support required at other pools to ensure consistent operational excellence across locations.

Get to Know the Role

As a Training Operations Associate , you will support daily training operations for driver-partners within Grab's rental mobility business, coordinating onboarding, refresher, and development programs across multiple locations in the Jabodetabek area. You will help ensure that driver training sessions, trainers, facilities, logistics, and operational support are well prepared and delivered in line with business needs.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Supervise driver onboarding, refresher, and development training programs.
• Coordinate training operations, schedules, facilities, equipment, and resources across Jabodetabek.
• Monitor trainer performance, driver attendance, capacity, execution quality, and outcomes.
• Conduct onsite supervision, resolve operational issues, and recommend improvements.
