Ganesha Ek Sanskriti Restaurant, a leading restaurant in Jakarta, is seeking a talented Training Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and development of our dedicated team. As a contract position, this role will be instrumental in ensuring our staff deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the high standards our patrons have come to expect. The role is based in our central Jakarta location, providing the opportunity to contribute to the thriving hospitality scene in the city.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Provide one-on-one and group training sessions to upskill employees in areas such as product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
• Maintain detailed training records and generate reports to track progress and optimize future training initiatives
• Support the onboarding of new hires by ensuring they receive a thorough induction to our brand, culture, and operations
• Actively contribute to the development of innovative training methods and resources
