Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager to lead distributor networks and expand market coverage for our healthcare and nutrition client in Indonesia. You will drive sell-out activities, develop Key Account customers, and identify new distribution channels while collaborating closely with distributors and sales teams to strengthen market presence and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Trade Marketing, incl. 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical preferred.
• Strong distributor network management and sales channel expansion.
• Proven sell-out growth and Key Account management track record.
• Strong distribution expansion and market coverage strategies.
• Hands-on, field-oriented, with distributor/customer collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
