Ennovi Integrated Engineering Services Batam is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Specialist to support our tooling team in Batam. You will interpret drawings, set up tooling and die processes, and ensure tolerance with precision measuring tools.

The role requires a minimum of five years in tool making, familiarity with milling, drilling, surface grinding, and a proactive mindset to improve tooling performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of tool making experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with milling, drilling and surface grinding.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Study technical drawings to visualize tool shapes.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances with calipers and micrometers.
• Operate surface grinding, milling and drilling equipment.
• Minimum 5 years of tool making experience.
• Assemble and troubleshoot tooling assemblies.
• Update job sheets and spare records.
• Suggest tooling improvements and follow up actions.
• Adhere to safety rules during tooling and machine use.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
