Job summary

PointStar is seeking a creative Content Creator Intern to join our growing team. This role focuses on building our digital presence on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, driving audience engagement, and supporting new business initiatives.

As a Content Creator Intern, you will work with marketing and business development to produce dynamic content, grow our community, and keep our brand voice consistent and innovative across channels.

Qualifications

• Passionate about TikTok and Instagram trends and social media culture.
• Basic skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
• Creative storytelling ability with an eye for design and detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, storyboard, and produce high-quality short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels to highlight products, services, and culture.
• Design striking visual assets, including Instagram carousels, stories, and static posts, ensuring strong brand consistency.
• Adapt and repurpose core content to fit other platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar to align with campaigns and launches.
• Monitor trends on TikTok and Instagram to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Manage daily community interactions by responding to comments and messages, maintaining a professional brand voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight success stories and thought leadership across channels.
• Analyze performance metrics beyond likes, including watch time, reach, and engagement.
• Translate data into creative strategies and suggest improvements for hooks, formats, and posting schedules.
