Job summary

TikTok invites motivated undergrad/masters candidates for a project intern role within the Creator Strategy team. You will support localization of creator operation strategy, planning, and project management, contributing to affiliate growth and campaign efficiency.

The role emphasizes data analysis, data monitoring, and hands-on operational support for key creator projects in a fast-paced e‑commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business analytics or a related discipline.
• Data Sensitivity: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Have good data analysis and data processing capabilities, structured analysis and framework thinking capabilities, and those with model building capabilities are more preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with no barriers in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the e-commerce creator operation strategy team in conducting business analysis, including data collection and industry research.
• Be able to quickly acquire and analyze business data, and structure and summarize useful information for input to the team.
• Present the collected industry information in a structured manner and express it clearly.
